June 17, 2011 4 Comments

It’s less than two days till start time of the 40K for Fathers day, or also known as the  “2011 COB Adder Fathers day Run”.  There are 16 teams signed up to run.
The first picture is of the final stretch before the finish line.
The second is a picture of what the weather is like. The weather has been kind of harsh, and we are hoping it will turn around!

So awesome. Love the thought of Paddy’s heart touching so many in Iraq. Thank you to all the men who participated to help others directly in Chicago. Blessings. tim Bock

  2. Thank you ALL for, in the midst of your own harsh realities, taking the time to think of those at home in need of shelter. It in turn inspires us here to pray even more for your mission there, that you are able to come home quickly with a peaceful, long-lasting outcome there.

Again, thank you. My wife works in an offshoot of CCO, and daily sees women and children struggling to find a better life for themselves. You make me (and her) smile.

    Sincerely,
    Jon Trott

  3. ps: Where are some pictures of the actual race? That would be awesome to see!
